End of phone support for Works 2008 (2009-11-06) |

| According to our product life cycle plan, phone support for users of TechnoLogismiki Works 2008 products will not be available from 7th of November 2009. It is highly recommended that all customers still using v6.x of our products (Works 2008) upgrade to the respective v8.x (Works 2010) as soon as possible. It is noted that the upgrade to the newest versions is free of charge for all customers with a valid maintenance contract.
Self support via our online services will remain active until 31/12/2009. Our online services include live update and installation and technical support via e-mail. |
