URGENT! New live update / license retrieval system for Works 2010 (2010-01-07) |

| Due to an upgrade in Aladdin's protection system, new versions of our products starting from 20/11/2009 require the installation of two new DLL in windows system folder \Windows\System32. This procedure for security reasons can only be done manually:
1. Download the new DLL and save them in a temporary location.
2. Unzip the two files: hasp_com_windows.dll and hasp_windows_73931.dll.
3. Copy the files in \Windows\System32 folder. If the file hasp_com_windows.dll that you already have installed cannot be replaced with the newer version, close all running programs and try again.
4. Click on START and select RUN. Type the following command:
regsvr32 hasp_com_windows.dll
and press Enter.
5a. (Only for Works 2010) If during the retrieval of the license or during live-update you get an error, replace frmw.exe in C:\Program Files\TechnoLogismiki\tlw2010\Core with this.
5b. (Only for Works 2009) If during the retrieval of the license or during live-update you get an error, replace frmw.exe in C:\Program Files\TechnoLogismiki\tlw2009\Core with this.
The upgrade process is now complete and you will be able to successfully run all future versions of our products. |
